Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Temenos Transact Functional Consultant to join our team to to play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and support of our Temenos Transact (formerly T24) core banking system. he ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the platform is configured to optimize banking operations. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering functional solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business requirementsFunctional Configuration: Configure and customize the Temenos Transact system to meet specific business needs across various modules (e.g., Retail Banking, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Treasury)Module Expertise: Provide deep functional expertise in key Temenos Transact domains such as:Retail & Corporate Banking: Account creation, Customer Information, TransactionsDebits: Savings, Current, and Term Deposit accountsCustomization & Development: Work closely with technical teams to specify and validate the development of customizations, including new fields, versions, menus, and routines using Temenos TAFC/TAFJTesting & Quality Assurance: Lead and participate in system testing cycles—including Unit Testing, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)—to ensure solutions are fit for purposeImplementation & Support: Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including data migration, go-live, and post-production support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issuesTraining & Documentation: Create detailed functional specification documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
