In this role, you will be responsible for driving tenant acquisition strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring optimal occupancy rates across our commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective tenant acquisition strategies to attract high-quality tenantsConduct market research to identify potential tenants and assess market conditionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, real estate brokers, and other stakeholdersManage the leasing process from initial contact through to lease executionPresent properties to prospective tenants and conduct property toursNegotiate lease agreements and terms with tenants, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectivesCollaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and enhance visibility in the marketAnalyze leasing performance and market trends, providing insights to improve acquisition strategiesMaintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or tenant acquisitionStrong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and tenant needsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
