Job Profile:Lead and manage tendering processes for industrial Greenfield projects, ensuring optimal proposals and solutions for industrial control systems.Work actively and closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams, supporting Spain.Develop and support a growing team, with plans to expand in the coming year.Exchange insights to ensure alignment with company-wide tendering strategies.Job Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.A minimum of 5 years of experience in tender engineering within industrial processes, preferably experience in distributed control systems.Strong knowledge of the tendering process, particularly in competitive environments like Greenfield projects.An engineering background with a proven track record in creating and managing proposals for industrial control systems.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with client.You are adaptable and creative, approaching problem-solving with a collaborative mindset.
