Ensure 100% compliance with all tender specifications, deadlines, and local regulationsCollaborate with the Market Access and Finance teams to finalize the optimal competitive pricing strategy and cost calculation for each bid, adhering to mandated price ceilings and contract profitability targetsFacilitate the legal finalization and execution of awarded contracts. Communicate terms clearly to the Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance departments for fulfillmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical SciencesMinimum of 2 years of direct experience in tender management, bids, and contract administration within the pharmaceutical industry Fluency in English is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
