Tennis Coach

As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Tennis Coach (F/M) to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Cairo an ideal destination for high performance coaching.Responsabilities & MissionsTrain both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyze and act accordingly.Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.Organize and support events and facilities.Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organization and promote its values.ProfileTennis coaching certificateProven experience in coaching tennis at various levelsCurrent level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)Passion and willingness to learnAbility to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skillsExcellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
