Role Description The Ticket Agent (Wave 1) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include assisting customers with ticket sales, processing reservations, managing booking inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will handle customer requests with a focus on delivering accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Additionally, you will be expected to meet sales targets while adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations systems. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and assist customers effectively. Experience in Sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, if required. Previous experience in a related role, especially within the travel or customer service industry, is a plus.
