This role is ideal for someone with strong GDS and fare expertise who can ensure accuracy, efficiency, and technical excellence in airline bookings and ticketing operations.What you’ll doIssue, reissue, and amend airline tickets accurately and efficientlyHandle fare calculations, routing logic, and ticketing deadlinesApply fare rules and airline policies to changes, cancellations, and rebookingsManage complex itineraries and booking updates in AmadeusVerify reservation accuracy, ticket conditions, and booking complianceSupport travel consultants with technical ticketing expertise on more complex casesMonitor schedule changes and ensure timely corrective action when neededWho you areHighly detail-oriented, structured, and precise in your workComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA strong communicator in English; additional languages are an advantageProven experience in airfare, ticketing, and travel operationsAdvanced knowledge of Amadeus; accreditation is strongly preferredSolid understanding of fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing proceduresConfident handling reissues, exchanges, and complex flight changes with accuracy and speedAble to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of qualityWhat we offerA flexible and growing company environmentHands-on involvement in complex international travel operationsClose collaboration with experienced travel consultants and specialistsThe opportunity to grow with the company as new projects developLearn more about us: https://volarevitae.dk/Interested, or know someone who might be a great fit?
