We are seeking a motivated Junior Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with technical training or some hands-on manufacturing experience who is eager to develop skills in high-pressure die casting tooling while working alongside experienced toolmakers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with building, repairing, and maintaining high-pressure die casting tools, dies, and mold components.Read and interpret basic blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models with guidance.Operate manual machining equipment to machine, grind, fit, and assemble tooling components under supervision.Assist in the installation and replacement of core pins, cavity inserts, and other die components.Help troubleshoot tooling issues and perform routine repairs.Perform preventive maintenance on tooling to support production.Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.Collaborate with senior toolmakers, engineers, and production personnel to learn best practices and improve technical skills. Qualifications10th of Ramadan city or near by residence is required.5+ years of Tool & Die Maker or related mold-making experience.High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship in Tool & Die, Machining, or Manufacturing Technology preferred.1–3 years of experience in tool and die, machining, or a related manufacturing environment.Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.Ability to solve technical and mechanical challenges.
