As part of a leading multinational company, this role involves both office-based and on-site work, helping clients in the Ceramic, Glass, and Plastics sectors optimize their processes and product applications.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and strategic partnerships.Act as a trusted technical advisor by providing in depth expertise on products, materials, and solutions, ensuring customers achieve optimal application and performance outcomes.Conduct regular client visits and on-site support to oversee product implementation, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver hands-on guidance for continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs, recommend tailored solutions, and identify opportunities for product optimization and upselling.Manage the full sales cycle, including order processing, tracking, and timely updates, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.Coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery, product availability, and issue resolution.Monitor customer performance metrics and feedback to proactively address concerns and enhance overall service quality.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients when required.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM systems.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to better position solutions and identify new business opportunities.Qualifications A bachelor's degree in engineering is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details to address customer challenges with product applications. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-confident, with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date with industry developments.
