Lead the development, implementation, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs, including base, variable pay, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and recognition programs.Design and build a market-competitive salary structure, including job leveling, market pricing, and defining pay ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increase, bonus, and equity planning.Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's total rewards offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.Oversee the integration of compensation structures with the payroll system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless data flow.Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to leverage technology for process improvement, reporting, and data integrity in rewards administration.Utilize strong analytical skills to model the financial impact of compensation programs, cost out various benefits scenarios, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits program design. Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.10 + years of experience in Com & Ben, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP, Certified Benefits Professional - CBP, or CEBS).
