The Tour Operator will be responsible for coordinating and managing guided tours, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations. Responsibilities also include developing itineraries, advising clients on travel options, and working closely with the sales team to promote travel packages. Building strong relationships with clients and partners will be a critical part of the role to ensure satisfaction and high-quality experiences. QualificationsProficiency in Guided Tours and a deep understanding of Travel & Tourism conceptsCustomer Service expertise to support and enhance client experiencesExperience managing Reservations and scheduling logisticsStrong Sales and negotiation skills to promote travel packages effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in dynamic environmentsKnowledge of Egyptian tourism destinations and attractions is highly beneficialProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusA degree or certification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
