Oversee daily operations, coordinate with service providers, and ensure smooth and efficient execution of all operational activities as well as Managing “Outgoing & Incoming” tourism departmentsDevelop and implement marketing strategies, build strong relationships with local and international partners, and monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance tourism services.Support Contracting team to get best offers and rates from our suppliersEnsure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and maintain high service quality standards.Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, develop pricing strategies for programs and packages, and ensure revenue growth and profitability targets are achieved.Manage and train tourism staff, set performance targets, evaluate team performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Bachelor’s degree 20 years’ experience in the tourism industry - Experience working with the Gulf region is a plusFluent English (additional languages are a plus) Knowledge of booking systems and travel software Excellent organizational and planning abilities Sales and negotiation skills
