The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coverage of Class A. pharmacies (in Tripoli, Misrata & West)Driving sales, and managing business relationships with assigned Class A. pharmaciesLeading the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans, negotiating contracts, and guiding initiatives that the company launches for targeted PharmacyMapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling, and developing long-term relationships with key customersAnalyzing market situation including competitive intelligence commercial activities & Pricing for key competitorsSet Yearly contracts with 100 Class A. pharmacies Target achievement tracking Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly & achieving Yearly Sales Target & Project Success RateRequirements2-3 years of experience in Key Account or sales roles within FMCG, consumer health, pharma-adjacent, wellness or nutrition categoriesProven exposure to managing Top pharmacies in LibyaExperience in promotional execution and trade coordinationStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesProficiency in Excel and sales performance tracking toolsResidency in Tripoli, Libya is required
