Develop and execute annual trade marketing plans aligned with the company's sales and marketing objectives.Design and implement promotional activities and consumer campaigns to increase sales and market penetration.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.Develop channel strategies for traditional trade, modern trade, and wholesale channels.Plan and manage product launches and in-store activation activities.Ensure the effective implementation of merchandising standards and brand visibility at points of sale.Monitor product availability and distribution performance across all channels.Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimum return on investment (ROI).Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to execute commercial initiatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.Analyze sales performance and promotional effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management.Lead, coach, and develop the Trade Marketing team to achieve business objectives.Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for trade marketing activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and market execution standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or Food Industry• Strong experience in market analysis, promotions, and brand activation• Ability to develop trade marketing strategies and increase market share• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Strong analytical and reporting skills
