Participating in this project could be a pivotal milestone in your career and a significant historical achievement for the region.Today, we are recruiting for a Training and O&M Manager (Signaling and Communications) to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.What are my responsibilities? Plan, coordinate, and oversee all customer training activities.Define and manage the Training Plan, including schedule, resources, and requirements.Ensure availability and quality of training materials (documentation, manuals, simulators, etc.).Monitor training progress and ensure compliance with contractual milestones.Coordinate internal and external trainers.Act as the main focal point between Operator and Maintenance Organization.Facilitate communication and alignment between key stakeholders.Manage interfaces, dependencies, and potential operational conflicts.Ensure alignment between operational requirements and maintenance planning.Coordinate commissioning activities from an Operations & Maintenance perspective.Support the definition and validation of operational and maintenance procedures.Track KPIs related to training and operational readiness.Prepare periodic reports for Project Management and the Customer.Identify risks and define mitigation plans related to training and O&M activities.What do I need to qualify for this job? Engineering degree (Industrial, Telecommunications, Transport, or similar).Additional qualifications in Project Management or railway systems are a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway or complex infrastructure projects.Proven experience in customer training and knowledge transfer.Experience in railway operations and/or maintenance.Strong stakeholder and interface management experience.Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.Excellent communication skills in an international environment.Highly organized with a results-oriented mindset.Practical problem-solving approach.Fluent in English.What else do I need to know?As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
