Job SummaryTo oversee the development, implementation, and logistics of open enrollment and customized executive education programs.Job DescriptionDevelop and manage training programs, including curriculum development, content creation, and instructional design, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry needs.Oversee the program development lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to participant registration and post-program evaluation.Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Source and collaborate with faculty members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.Manage all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, materials development, travel arrangements, and vendor relations.Develop and implement marketing materials to promote open enrollment programs.Manage the program registration process, including screening applications, handling registration fees, and participant communication.Track program performance metrics, evaluate participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.Perform any other tasks that are within the scope of the role's responsibilities.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any related field (Master's degree preferred).5-10 years of relevant experience Proven experience in adult learning methodologies.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in client relationship management is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamVery good command of English Language.If you are interested, kindly submit your CV to: Recruitment@nu.edu.egPlease mention (Training Program Manager) in the subject field.
