Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the Food & Beverage industry in Egypt.We’re Hiring: Training Specialist – Food & Beverage📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt🏢 Industry: Food & Beverage / Restaurant ChainWe are hiring on behalf of a leading restaurant chain in Egypt, looking for a proactive and experienced Training Specialist to support employee development and operational excellence across restaurant and corporate functions.🎯 Role OverviewThe Training Specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform effectively and contribute to the company's growth.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesAssess training and development needs across restaurant operations and head office departmentsDesign, develop, and deliver training programs for operational and corporate employeesConduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hiresDevelop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning contentFacilitate training sessions for roles including:Branch ManagersSupervisorsChefs & Kitchen StaffService CrewCorporate EmployeesMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metricsMaintain training records and ensure compliance with company standardsCollaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend development plansSupport leadership development and succession planning initiativesTrack training KPIs and prepare regular training reports✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field2–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Talent DevelopmentExperience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch operations is highly preferredStrong presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsExperience in developing training materials and learning programsKnowledge of training evaluation methods and adult learning principlesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus⭐ What We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer development opportunities within a growing organizationDynamic and collaborative work environmentExposure to large-scale training and development operationsOpportunity to contribute to employee growth and organizational success
