If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy training others, and have a solid understanding of computer systems and technology, we'd love to have you join the Edu4 team.Key Responsibilities:Train school staff on our School Management System (SMS). Train teachers on our Learning Management System (LMS). Provide technical support remotely and on-site at schools. Assist with system implementation, configuration, and user setup. Follow up with clients to ensure the best possible user experience. Coordinate with the development team to resolve issues and improve our solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in technical support or training is a plus (not required). Willingness to travel to schools when needed.
