ConsumablesTo provide support and resource for local WCM activities whilst implementing global projects, local projects, Act as project/pillar sponsor, leader, member.Compliance to statutory/legal Occupational Health, Environment & Safety company policies and procedures.Compliance with the company QMS, Quality Control, Product compliance of Saint-GobainRequired Quailifications:Educated to degree level in Mechatronics, process engineering, mechanical or electrical or similar1-3 years of experience of managing a team in a manufacturing environment (including all aspects of people management)Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.Understanding of health and safety legislation so that it can be applied in the workplaceBasic understanding of employment law so that all team members are treated fairly and respectfully within the lawUnderstanding of the company permit to work system and it’s application and importanceUnderstanding of key people policies eg discipline and grievance, absence management, skills developmentEnvironmental legislation awareness
