Conceptualize and execute business models that deliver greater organizational impact.Develop and implement key milestones proposed for the transition process.Take complete ownership and coordinate with stakeholders for readiness in manpower, systems, and infrastructure.Adhere to escalation processes for resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines, and other planning concerns.Ensure end‑to‑end handling of activities with proper controls and audits in place to eliminate slippages; explore automation wherever feasible.Deliver products and services within Service Transition on time and at the required quality level.Enable smooth handover and proper support for respective stakeholders.Ensure each line of business headcount (HC) is fulfilled within agreed thresholds.Coordinate end‑to‑end hiring and HC fulfillment across assigned Lines of Business (LOBs).Translate HC plans into actionable hiring pipelines, batch schedules, and onboarding milestones — ensuring timely fulfillment, governance, and risk mitigation.Raise immediate alerts for risks or delays in batch start/completion and escalate with mitigation actions.Track and report batch adherence metrics (planned vs. actual timelines, variances, and root causes).Coordinate with Training, Client, Facilities, and HR Ops to resolve blockers impacting batch timelines.Communicate all projects, hiring plans, and ramp‑ups with the client.Own expected HC for all LOBs, align with the client, and communicate with Workforce Planning to plan monthly IDPs. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent project management skills.Excellent Above average in spoken and written English is a must.Excellent skills: Excel, Outlook, Power point presentation.Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills.Very good business writing skillsDetail oriented, Organized, structured, flexible with all work conditionsSense of ownership, decision making & accountability.
