Trip Pedia Group is looking for a Travel Operations Executive to join our operations team.The candidate will be responsible for handling daily travel requests, communicating with suppliers, preparing quotations, following up on bookings, and keeping all request details updated through the operations tracking system.We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of each request from the inquiry stage until quotation or confirmation.Main Responsibilities:Handle daily travel requests received from the sales team.Contact hotels, DMCs, transportation companies, restaurants, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.Request rates, availability, service details, cancellation policies, and payment terms from suppliers.Prepare quotations and compare supplier offers accurately.Follow up with suppliers until the request is completed.Update the operations tracking sheet/system regularly with request status, supplier details, rates, deadlines, and next follow-up action.Support FIT requests, group requests, hotel bookings, transfers, tours, restaurants, and other travel services.Prepare booking confirmations, vouchers, and service details when required.Coordinate with sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth handling of each booking.Review all booking details carefully before sharing internally or proceeding with confirmation. Minimum 2 years of experience in travel/tourism operations.Experience in outbound or international travel operations is preferred.Experience with B2B travel agencies or DMC operations is a plus.Good written English for supplier communication.Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple requests at the same time.Strong attention to detail, especially with dates, rates, room types, number of passengers, vehicle types, currencies, and inclusions.Ability to review supplier quotations carefully, not only collect prices.Ability to compare rates, inclusions, cancellation policies, and payment terms.Proactive attitude and ability to follow up without waiting for constant reminders.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Commitment to following internal workflow and updating the tracking system regularly.Familiarity with the Gulf travel market is a plus.Bachelor's degree in tourism, business, or any related field is preferred.
