Job Title: Treasury ManagerJob Purpose: Lead and govern the Treasury function across the E&C Sector by overseeing liquidity management, cash flow planning, working capital optimization, banking relationships, financing arrangements, debt obligations, and treasury-related financial risks. Ensure the establishment of effective treasury governance, funding visibility, and cash management practices across Sector entities and Joint Ventures while aligning with Corporate Treasury policies and strategic financial objectives.Partner with Sector Finance leaders, business units, and project teams to strengthen financial discipline, enhance cash flow forecasting accuracy, optimize funding utilization, and support informed decision-making that safeguards the Sector’s financial stability, liquidity position, and sustainable growth.Accountabilities:Treasury Governance & Cash ManagementEstablish and oversee the implementation of Sector treasury governance, policies, controls, and standards across all business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures in alignment with Corporate Treasury requirements.Consolidate and review short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts across the Sector to ensure adequate liquidity planning and funding visibility.Monitor Sector-wide liquidity positions, funding requirements, and cash utilization trends, providing recommendations to management on treasury optimization opportunities.Review and challenge treasury assumptions, funding plans, and cash forecasts submitted by business units to ensure alignment with Sector financial objectives.Banking & Funding OversightOversee banking relationship management across the Sector and ensure alignment with approved treasury governance and banking frameworks.Review, validate, and support strategic financing initiatives, including debt facilities and credit structures, in coordination with Corporate Treasury and business units, ensuring alignment with sector objectives while providing oversight on treasury-related banking solutions across sector.Monitor compliance with banking covenants, financing obligations, and treasury-related commitments across Sector entities.Support the evaluation of funding strategies and capital structure requirements for major projects, business units, and joint ventures.Working Capital & Cash OptimizationMonitor Sector working capital performance across all sector business units.capital performance indicators to Sector leadership.Treasury Risk ManagementMonitor and assess foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, and funding risks impacting the Sector's operations and projects.Coordinate with Corporate Treasury and business units on the development and implementation of risk mitigation and hedging strategies where applicable.Analyze treasury scenarios, market developments, and financial risks, providing recommendations and reports to senior management.Joint Ventures & Treasury ComplianceOversee treasury governance and funding visibility across Sector joint ventures and affiliated entities.Ensure treasury activities within joint ventures comply with approved governance frameworks, reporting requirements, and financial controls.Review treasury-related matters within joint ventures and support alignment with Sector and Corporate financial objectives.Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementConsolidate Sector treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, funding requirements, and risk assessments for executive management and Sector leadership.Maintain effective coordination with Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, Sector Finance, and business unit finance teams to ensure consistent treasury governance and reporting.Provide treasury insights and recommendations to the Sector CFO to support strategic decision-making, business growth, and capital allocation priorities.HSE Responsibilities ELSEWEDY Electric requires the active commitment to, and accountability for, QHSE from all employees and contractors.
