This role is responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations, ensuring a smooth guest flow, and maintaining a welcoming, high-quality service environment. The Restaurant Floor Supervisor coordinates and supports the front-of-house team, assigns sections and tasks, monitors table turnover, and ensures adherence to service standards and hygiene procedures. The role includes handling guest inquiries and complaints, supporting reservations and seating plans, and collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. The Restaurant Floor Supervisor also helps train and coach team members, monitors performance, and supports inventory checks and compliance with company policies.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, shift management, and the ability to coach and mentor front-of-house staff.Proven experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining a guest-centric mindset.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu items, and service standards in a restaurant or hotel environment.Previous experience as a floor supervisor, head waiter, or similar role in hospitality or upscale dining is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.Professional appearance and behavior, with a commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards.Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Relevant hospitality education or training is an asset but equivalent experience will also be
