About The RoleWe are seeking a Turbomachinery Control Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of turbomachinery control and digitalization solutions across a variety of industrial projects.The successful candidate will be involved in the engineering, implementation, testing, and commissioning of control systems while supporting reliability and asset performance initiatives for rotating equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineer and implement turbomachinery control solutions, including control logic development, HMI/SCADA configuration, and design documentationSupport project execution from design and engineering through commissioning and startupAnalyze customer specifications and develop suitable implementation strategies for turbomachinery control systems and digital solutionsCollaborate with clients, project teams, and other engineering disciplines to deliver successful projectsContribute to technical proposals, gap analyses, engineering studies, and project documentationCollect and analyze operational data from plant systems such as Historians, MMS, SAP, and other industrial platformsIdentify operational trends, performance issues, and reliability improvement opportunitiesSupport machinery performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance optimization initiativesProvide technical support, user training, and project documentationWork closely with different teams to improve equipment reliability and operational performanceStay up to date with advancements in turbomachinery control, industrial automation, digitalization, and asset performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Energy Management, or a related engineering disciplineBackground in Control & Instrumentation or Mechanical EngineeringExperience in turbomachinery control, digitalization, reliability, or asset management is preferredHands-on experience with turbomachinery control systems is highly desirableGood understanding of rotating equipment operation, fault diagnosis, maintenance practices, and reliability principlesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsSelf-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentBenefits Annual bonus Health insurance and wellness programs Professional development and training opportunities
