Your day-to-day will include:Provide customer service to players via live chat, emails, tickets, app-store review etc., to improve users' satisfactionRespond to players`inquries, and deal with complaints; escalate to headquarter team if necessaryCollect and summarize players' suggestions, conduct user research upon business needs.What We're Looking For:Must-Haves:• Bachelor's degree in Turkish Language or a related field• Proficiency in Turkish (written and verbal)• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing needsNice-to-Haves:•Good command of English (spoken and written)•Prior experience in customer service•Passion for gaming, especially MOBA/FPS genres – total game hours and expertise will be considered a plus•Experience in the gaming industry•Ability to empathize with players and understand their needs.
