Job DescriptionCommunicate with Producing Offices / Handling Brokers / Insured in respect of MN accountsCompleting all activities required following receipt of Bound Programme Notices & Implementation instructions from overseas Chubb offices including policy issuance, certificates, invoices, RI registration and updating MAX in line with ACE guidelines and standards.Print and log policies documentations and all correspondence and assigns our reference number in accordance with the prescribed methodology. This includes a soft copy backup in the hard drive with a trail of folders for respective LOBs.Represent Chubb at meetings with local clients / brokers.Communicating and building relationships with other Chubb staff and offices.Managing workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreement’s.Create any reports and associated tasks that may be required by management.Local systems booking / Policy & Quotes issuance including account registration (premium booking, RI allocation).Upload all files on archive systems on a timely manner.The above is applicable on all MN lines except Marine and causality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Zero or up to 3 years Prior experience in multinational account handling, Underwriting, insurance administration, or a similar role is preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in relevant IT systems and Computer skills (e.g., policy administration platforms, MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Professional insurance qualifications (such as CII or equivalent) are an advantageProficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
