Manage the unit through applying ADFS with the investor.Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.Follow and maximize the investor’s ROI.Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).Follow up daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans. Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred MBA or equivalent postgraduate study.Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in sales including at least 5 years in managerial roles.The perfect match candidate will serve the Giza region.
