We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About The RoleThe Unit Sales Manager West Delta is responsible for GTM related to direct distribution for the assigned region either served via our distribution partner resources or via Sub DB allocation.Your responsibilitiesResponsible to deliver all direct Distribution related KPIs in assigned region.Developing of resources and strengthen the bench of capability to be best in class to outperform.Set and monitor the region’s monthly targets by area till rep level.Responsible on delivering all Sub DBs operational KPIs in assigned areas (Stock levels – Aging and receivables- Asset utilization – Efficiency of operation – Service levels – Db / Sub Db claim cycle)Ability to execute and control all below the line activities that were communicated by the Sales department, with clear focus of price stability.Monitoring competition activities and strategies.Maintain strong relationship with related areas Sub DBs ensuring delivery of all required resources at the quality required on timely mannerInforming the Management of any business opportunities/ potentiality in the assigned regionFollow-up on the data loaded on the HH and make sure all information is accurate and timelyAlways have a back plan in case of change of Sub DB to be executed in a smooth way without business disturbance.The experience we're looking forAchievement and ownership are key leadership elements required to do the job with high people and result agility as enablers to manage DBs and key customers and teams in assigned region.Knowledge of assigned region as well key potential Sub DBs within the area.Robust follow up and tracking capability ensuring follow up on KPIs.Proven experience with top tier FMCG experience in Sales, mainly in traditional trade, with a preference in the field of non-food.Bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subjectThe skills for successStrategic planning and execution, Relationship building and stakeholder management, Analytical mindset for market trends and data interpretation, Effective communication and presentation skills, Regulatory compliance understanding.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
