Job Description:We are seeking a revenue driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in the digital industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of B2B sales representatives, supporting them in achieving targets, and ensuring excellent performance through coaching, motivation, and daily follow-up.Job Responsibilities:-Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.-Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.-Set clear daily and weekly goals for the team.-Prepare and share sales reports with management.-Train new team members on sales techniques and company processes.-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.-Maintain a positive and energetic team environment.
