Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Badr City for a Validation Section Head. The role involves developing, executing, and managing validation processes, including computer system validation, process validation, and overall compliance with regulatory standards. The Validation Section Head will lead quality control and assurance activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance quality standards across the company’s production and operational processes. This person will also ensure adherence to industry and internal guidelines while providing support during audits and inspections. Qualifications Expertise in Computer System Validation and Process Validation to develop and execute validation protocols effectively.Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance to support production and ensure compliance with industry standards.Proficiency in overall Validation processes, including the creation of documentation and management of compliance activities.Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a validation team effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline, with prior experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
