Serve as the customer-facing advisor responsible for consultations, upselling, product recommendations, and job follow-up. Ensure quality customer experience from quotation to delivery and coordinate installation flow with technicians and store/warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, diagnose needs, recommend suitable accessories/solutions. Provide quotations, product explanations, warranties, and installation timelines. Confirm parts availability with store and schedule installation bookings. Follow up with workshop to ensure job accuracy, quality, and promised delivery. Close the job with customer satisfaction check, bill settlement, and upsell opportunities. Document sales, invoices, RO status, product feedback, and customer objections. Revenue per RO / per visit. Customer satisfaction score & complaint reduction. Conversion rate from inquiry → quotation → sale. On-time delivery % and re-work/quality issue %.
