About the job Vendor ManagerResponsibilities: Source, evaluate, and select vendors/freelancers to meet business needs.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality.Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the main point of contact.Monitor vendor performance against contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance with company standards.Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Recruitment, Procurement, etc.) to align vendor support with business objectives.Handle issues or disputes with vendors and provide quick, effective resolutions.Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, invoices, and performance reports.Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings or performance improvements.Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing tools, especially freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.).Prepare regular reports and updates for management on vendor activities and outcomes. Requirements: 3:5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, HR recruitment, or talent acquisition.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing contracts and SLAs.Knowledge of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.) and vendor sourcing tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Bachelors degree in business, HR, Supply Chain, or a related field (Masters is a plus).Recruitment certificates/courses (a plus)
