We will teach you negotiating skills, but you should be comfortable with the process of negotiating daily.If you are a dedicated professional, who is passionate about the localization industry, working with people and processes, Global Lingo is a fit for you!Education And ExperienceThis role does not require previous work experience, however a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Languages, Business Management or Human Resources.Success CriteriaAs a Resourcing Coordinator you will fundamentally be appraised on your capacity to achieve assigned recruitment targets. You will correctly and timely onboard linguists/suppliers for each Global Lingo service and achieve the assigned pricing/market research campaigns. You can maintain our linguists' database with high-accuracy and updated information, and have the ability to provide reliable reports, both internal and for stakeholders. You can properly manage resource-cost by negotiating buy-in prices within our standard budgets and achieve a high stakeholder satisfaction rate and supplier net promoter score per year.Role ResponsibilitiesFreelance linguist recruitment campaigns (urgent and proactive) for all Global Lingo servicesSupplier database managementSuccessful negotiation of buy-in rates for all Global Lingo servicesPricing/market research to aid Sales & Quotes departments in their activityTender support and advice to our Sales & Quotes departments as per their requestsProcessing and sorting out the incoming requests in the department's shared Distribution GroupProcessing and sorting out the incoming linguist-complaintsSupplier underperformance monitoring and adequate case resolutionPreparation of individual weekly/monthly/ad-hoc departmental reportsPreparation of any other work-progress reports, when necessaryProviding guidance and technical support to freelancers during the on-boarding process as well as during the collaboration with Global LingoCompletion of any other department-specific tasks, as requested and instructedWhy Global LingoCompetitive compensation planImplemented strategy for personal development planFlexible working policyConstructive and consultative working environmentBenefits planOur benefits plan varies according to the country you are located in, so please reach out in case you have any questions.Are you ready for a new challenge?
