Vice President– Credit Initiation & Compliance

The CIC Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of retail credit assessors in the evaluation and processing of credit applications. The role ensures strict adherence to credit policies, drives high operational efficiency, and oversees team performance. The CIC Senior Manager is also responsible for managing credit risk, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service while fostering a high-performing team environment.
