Job Title: VIP Patient Coordinator Location: Alexandria Work Environment: Healthcare / Medical Tourism / Specialized Clinics. Job Summary: The VIP Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the full experience of VIP and international patients, starting from the initial inquiry until postprocedure follow-up. The role ensures a seamless, professional, and comfortable journey for patients by handling communication, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for VIP patients from the first inquiry through postprocedure follow-up.Manage all communication with VIP patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, messages, and emails in a professional and timely manner.Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, confirmations, and clinic visits.Ensure all VIP patient requests and requirements are handled efficiently to provide a smooth and comfortable experience.Follow up with patients after consultations or procedures to ensure satisfaction and proper care.Coordinate with internal departments and medical teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.Arrange travel logistics for international patients, including hotel and flight reservations.Handle and coordinate iVein One cases in alignment with clinic procedures.Manage and coordinate medical tourism patients and oversee their full journey with the clinic from inquiry to treatment completion. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Previous experience in patient coordination, customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism with VIP patients.Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
