Your mission is to create content that grabs attention, sparks engagement, and spreads across digital platforms, amplifying our brand’s voice and impact.This is a highly creative role where you’ll experiment with formats, jump on trends quickly, and work closely with the marketing and design teams to create thumb-stopping content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to create viral content across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Stay ahead of trends, challenges, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant posts.Write catchy scripts, captions, and concepts that resonate with the audience.Collaborate with designers, video editors, and influencers to produce engaging content.Monitor performance metrics and use insights to replicate and scale successful content.Build a strong understanding of audience behavior to craft content that is highly shareable.Test new formats, experiment with storytelling techniques, and push creative boundaries.BenefitsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling.Proven ability to create viral or highly engaging content (portfolio or examples required).Strong understanding of trends, pop culture, and internet communities.Excellent copywriting skills in Arabic & English, with a flair for humor and relatability.Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment and deliver quick turnarounds.If you are interested please send your resume to ( Jobs@3i.sa ) and state Viral Content Specialist in the subject line!
