This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Consultant based in Cairo. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for handling global visa applications, assisting clients throughout the application process, and ensuring full compliance with the latest immigration regulations.The Visa Consultant will work closely with the operations team to process and fulfill all visa applications, maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and procedures, and deliver excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end visa application processes for international destinations, including Schengen, UK, USA, and African countries• Handle both online and offline visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements• Schedule and manage visa appointments with embassies and visa application centres• Coordinate directly with the clients and team members to collect required documents and provide application guidance• Review and verify documentation to minimize errors and avoid delays or rejections• Maintain records of applications and provide timely status updates to clients • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling global visa applications (Schengen, UK, USA, and African countries) for Egyptians• Experience in both online and offline visa processing• Experience to handle visa appointments at embassies and coordinate directly with clients• Strong knowledge of visa regulations and embassy requirements• High attention to detail and organizational abilities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Proficiency in MS Office and online application platforms
