VMware SpecialistA highly skilled VMeare Specialist responsible for the administration, monitoring, andsupport of VMware-based virtualization environments. The role focuses on ensuring thestability, performance, and availability of virtual infrastructure while supporting day-to-dayoperations and incident resolution.Key Responsibilities:● Manage and administer VMware vSphere and ESXi environments, ensuring optimalperformance and system availability● Provision, configure, and manage virtual machines in alignment with operationalrequirements and resource capacity● Monitor infrastructure performance, including compute, storage, and networkutilization, and take corrective actions when needed● Support and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure businesscontinuity and data protection● Perform routine system checks, patch coordination, and environment healthassessments● Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization-related incidents, escalating complex issueswhen required● Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and operationalprocedures● Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and storage teams to support integratedservice delivery
