Provide first and second-line support for VSAT and network-related incidents.Monitor network performance and respond to alarms and customer-reported issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot VSAT and IP connectivity problems remotely.Coordinate with field engineers for on-site interventions when required.Guide field technicians during on-site troubleshooting to ensure proper resolution.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.Provide clear and precise fault analysis to support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Escalate critical issues to higher support tiers in a timely manner.Support service activation, testing, and basic configuration tasks when needed.Participate in continuous improvement of troubleshooting processes and knowledge sharing. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related Engineering field.0 – 2 years of experience in NOC, technical support, or networking roles.Experience with VSAT or satellite communications and indirect platforms is considered a strong plus.Strong understanding of computer networks, IP infrastructure, TCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals.CCNA certification is preferred.
