Recognized and certified as a best place to work, we foster a supportive and innovative environment for our team members.Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Head to manage and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with quality standards, and timely distribution of pharmaceutical products.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and finished productsEnsure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiencyManage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and schedulingCoordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillmentOversee inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepanciesMaintain accurate records, prepare reports on warehouse performance, and support internal and external auditsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and cost-effectivenessRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy , Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industryExperience in pharmaceutical industry is a mustStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality compliance standardsExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), along with strong knowledge of MS Office.
