Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory operations efficiently and ensure proper storage and handling of dental materials.Key Responsibilities:• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.• Record all inventory movements (inbound & outbound) accurately in the system or inventory logs.• Organize and maintain the warehouse according to safety and quality standards.• Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner.• Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers.• Conduct periodic inventory counts and prepare a monthly stock report signed and approved by the Company Manager confirming stock accuracy.• Report slow-moving or damaged items.• Submit a daily inventory movement report. • Previous experience as a Storekeeper• Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
