Warehouse Keeper (Tanta)

Job objectiveOne sentence summary of the main objective of the job, the most important activities and the meansand guidelines to obtain the objectives.To control supplies at the DC level; receive, store, track and issue supplies, process and maintaininventory records, implement inventory control and disposal procedures, perform related work.EnvironmentInternal and external interactions i.e.: with other departments/divisions, international scope,providers, customers)Internal: Operations, Quality, Supply chain and Logistics.External: Third parties' warehouse, Suppliers.Key responsibilityReceive, store, and issue supplies (donation-related supplies, stationary, etc.).Compiles records of supplies and out, verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions andinvoices.Keep accurate stock control records.Maintain the store and records in a neat and orderly manner.Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effectivefunctioning of the stock control processes.Academic Experience RequiredHigh School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.Professional Experience RequiredPreferred, a minimum of 1 years of related experience.Computing skillsExperience in Microsoft Office applications.Experience in ERP systems.Personal skillsStrong communication skills.Detail oriented.Able to organize matters & multi-task.Work cooperatively with others.LanguagesWritten and spoken English and Arabic.
