Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.Take full ownership of overall warehouse operations and inventory control.Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.Code, reorganize, and optimize the warehouse layout and material classification system.Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and safe storage of all items while enforcing warehouse procedures and safety standards.Oversee the process to receive, inspect, store, and issue materials based on approved material requests.Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records and stock balances.Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.Provide real-time visibility of stock levels, issued materials, and remaining quantities.Use inventory management software, ERP systems, and Excel for precise tracking and reporting.Prepare periodic inventory, consumption, and shortage reports for management.Coordinate material availability with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams.Support audits and inspections related to inventory and asset control. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.Proven experience within the real estate or construction sectors is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics management.Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve targets effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements in warehouse environments.
