Manage and organize all company warehouses and storage facilities across different project sites.Supervise the receipt of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with approved purchase orders and specifications.Oversee the issuance of materials to projects and departments in accordance with established procedures.Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain alignment between physical stock and ERP/system records.Develop and implement periodic, annual, and surprise stock-taking plans and analyze inventory count results.Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.Establish and monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels to ensure material availability.Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend utilization or disposal plans.Coordinate closely with Project Management and Procurement Departments to ensure the timely availability of required materials.Supervise the storage of cables, electrical panels, automation equipment, and other materials in accordance with safety and quality requirements.Monitor and control the movement of company tools, equipment, and assets between warehouses and project sites.Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements within warehouse operations.Develop and improve warehouse procedures and operational efficiency.Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, material movements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff while supporting their professional development.Ensure effective utilization of ERP inventory management systems and maintain data accuracy.Safeguard company assets and prevent loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized use.Participate in inventory budgeting, forecasting, and future material planning activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and internal audit requirements.Perform any other related duties assigned by senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 – 8years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management practices.Familiarity with electrical materials, cables, switchgear, control panels, automation systems, and related equipment.
