Warehouse Operations Team Leader (Shabramant & Mostorod)

Lead and supervise warehouse associates to achieve daily operational targets.Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to operational KPIs.Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock control procedures.Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance records.Support workforce planning and shift scheduling activities.Assist in implementing and utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems effectively. 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse teams is preferred.Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and operational processes.Ability to monitor KPIs and drive team performance.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good understanding of health, safety, and operational compliance requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree.Flexibility to work shifts and support operational requirements when needed.
