Job Title: Warehouse SeniorLocation: Abou Rawash, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Senior to oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods, and manage inventory control, loading, and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, accuracy of stock, compliance with safety standards, and timely order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, handling, and dispatchSupervise warehouse team (storekeepers, loaders, forklift operators, supervisors)Ensure proper stock organization, labeling, and warehouse layout optimizationMonitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracyCoordinate loading and container stuffing operations to meet export schedulesEnsure proper documentation for inbound/outbound shipments (GRN, delivery notes, packing lists)Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policiesManage warehouse equipment and ensure preventive maintenance (forklifts, pallets, racking, etc.)Reduce losses, damages, and handling errors through strict control proceduresPrepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement, dispatches, and warehouse performanceCoordinate with logistics, production, and export teams to ensure smooth supply chain flowTrain and evaluate warehouse staff and ensure discipline and performance complianceRequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse managementStrong experience in inventory management and warehouse systemsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood command of Microsoft Excel and reportingStrong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
