Verify incoming shipments against manifests, customs declarations, and supporting documentation.Monitor duty-free quotas and tax-exempt products such as tobacco, alcoholic beverages, perfumes, and luxury goods to ensure full compliance.Coordinate directly with customs authorities during inspections, audits, and clearance procedures.Implement and maintain inventory control systems using FIFO and FEFO methodologies.Supervise product coding and barcode management within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Lead scheduled and surprise stock counts, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system records.Inspect imported goods upon arrival to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Coordinate replenishment activities between central warehouses and airport retail outlets to maintain product availability.Manage damaged, expired, or returned items and prepare disposal reports in accordance with customs regulations and committee approvals.Supervise warehouse personnel, including storekeepers, laborers, and forklift operators.Monitor temperature and humidity control systems to preserve sensitive products such as perfumes, cosmetics, chocolates, and food items.Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and security procedures, particularly for flammable products and restricted goods. Experience: 7–10 years in warehouse, logistics, duty-free, retail, or related operations.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification.Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task delegation.Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory management.Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Basic English language proficiency.
