0RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.Control and organize storage and inventory spaceEnsures integrity of physical inventory and par levels; assists with physical inventory audits.Ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained.Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Assist in defining staffing needs and allocate workload.Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.Achieving a balance of “on the floor” presence and office time.Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.Communicating and coordinating with other departments and Suppliers.​Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes.Implement new methods, processes, and improvements.Identify operations needing development and institute innovations to adjust current work practices and proceduresDaily check of the quality of the product in Refrigerators, avoid any damage can happen to the products.Identifies and records defective merchandise.Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean.Communicating and coordinating with other departments and Suppliers.REQUIREMENTSDegree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.5-7 years of warehouse management experience – 3PL or FMCG preferred.​Proven experience in coordinating and directing operationsHighly efficient supervisory techniques and skills.Understanding of warehouse software application and Microsoft Office proficiency.Ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data.Hands-on dedication to staff training and championing new ideas.Excellent interpersonalStrong organizational.BENEFITS0
