Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts. Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to support retail store operations. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
