Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionKey- contact for workshops in assigned territory.Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.Ensure ongoing support and maintenance for Bosch Workshop Partner.Follow-up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment and diagnostics usage in territory.Win workshops for the eXtra loyalty program.Promote/sell workshop Services e.g. Training, Hotline.Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic toolsPromote available Bosch campaigns (parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts and services)Generate leads for Bosch Car Service, validate these and handover to BCS Concept Consultant.Follow-up on basic value proposition services with Bosch Car Service workshops.Take responsibility for coordination and supervision of external workshop sales resources and promoters, as assigned by management.Ensure external promoters execute agreed activities, reporting and workshop engagement standards in the assigned territory.QualificationsUniversity degree in marketing, business administration or mechanical engineering,Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.Proficient in English & Arabic.Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.Experience with workshop business models is a plus.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to engage with varies stakeholders (e.g., workshop managers, technical staff).Ability to coordinate and guide external field sales resources and ensure execution quality.Ability to offer workshops practical support, advice, and training guidance.Ability to promote digital tools to workshops and ensure data quality in CRM systems.
